We aim to get 101 women to the top of a Munro in Glenshee.
We got 34 for Children in Need a couple of years ago, but for this challenge we need you to get your friends and neighbours (of any age) as well.
This will take place on our 8th March Thursday walk.
The walk is approx 3.2km (2 miles) and ascends 270m (800 feet) on paths and landrover tracks.
Fully supported by our Wednesday Walk leaders and first aiders who will help and encourage everyone to get there.
Buses provided by Sir Brian Souter of Stagecoach. Because of the limited seats it is first come first served and there is therefore a limit on the number of participants.
For a downloadable application form click here (pdf).
Meet at Blairgowrie Town Hall 09:15 for 09:30 depart. Approx return to Blairgowrie 13:30 to 14:00. You will need appropriate outdoor clothing and a packed lunch, further details on the application form.
Please register with BaDNS on our Wednesday Walks by 29th February.
Registration fee £10, all proceeds to Tayside Mountain Rescue and the Blairgowrie Freedom Coach. Participants are free to arrange additional sponsorship for their own charity if they wish.
In the event of inclement weather in March the walk will be re-scheduled probably to April 5th. This will be monitored over the weekend of 3rd-4th March. Unless there is deep snow, ice or high winds the walk will go ahead.
