Ideas for International Women's Day please.  Carn Aosda ticks lots of boxes, accessible, parking for coaches, toilets, not too difficult for the very elderly, enough of a challenge with the usual weather and an easy escape.  However alternative ideas more than welcome.  Details at this link.  Alternatively as we have done before a trek like Jock's Road can be undertaken though numbers have to be limited.  Recently a group claimed the highest number of ascenders 117 to a Munro on Ben Wyvis.  So there's the challenge, we could with planning and recruitment do better!   Though I would suggest something more demanding - say Glas Maol!  But maybe not on 8th March.

Camping  In planning are a couple more 1 night introductory sessions, followed by another sequence of 2, 3 and 4 night (3, 4 and 5 days) treks.  Spaces have to be limited for the multi-night events as the availability of a large area suitable for many tents is unknown.

Climbing  I intend to run some climbing wall sessions in spring and summer followed by abseiling etc during the school holidays.

I will have a sign up form in the folder.
